How do I earn XP?
XP is tracked per artist. Level up to unlock deeper playlists and keep progressing in that fan space.
- Battle vote: +2 XP
- Add a new clip to My Collection: +1 XP
- Favorite an artist: +10 XP
- Link your account (Save Progress): +10 XP
- Vote on today’s daily featured playlist: +2 XP bonus on top of the battle vote (daily cap per artist)
- Guided chapter — first visit to a clip: +2 XP; finish the chapter: +20 XP
- Add a new community lore nugget (and it's approved): +50 XP
Battle and collect are the fastest everyday loop; chapters and lore are bigger one-time bumps when those surfaces are available for an artist.
Why don’t videos auto-play during Smart Shuffle?
Playlore tries to start each clip automatically in Smart Shuffle (and other shuffle play modes). Many browsers block YouTube embeds from autoplaying — especially privacy-focused browsers like DuckDuckGo on mobile.
That is a browser autoplay policy, not a YouTube Premium requirement. Tap play on the player to start a clip, or use Safari or Chrome for smoother consecutive playback.
